Refractious Pattern, PDF
Lead designer: Elizabeth Elliott
Refractious showcases the tonal and textural variation between different yarns and fibres. Cima combines with alternating bands of Koan and Tweed Silk Cloud for a soft, drapey fabric with subtle shadow stripes.

Notes
Refractious is worked flat from end to end with an integrated i-cord edge running along each side. This edge is formed by slipping the first and last three stitches of each right side row. To keep the edge tidy, it helps to gently tighten the first purl stitch of each wrong side row and the first knit stitch (i.e., the fourth stitch, the stitch after the three slipped stitches) of each right side row.
The main yarn, Cima, is used throughout the wrap, carried with Koan and Tweed Silk Cloud in alternating bands to form the shadow stripes.
