If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase from Shibui Knits, we make it easy for you to return it. Before returning please contact our Customer Service at 503-595-5898 so they can make the exchange process easier for you.
We accept unused yarn in its original condition with the receipt and original tags, we will refund your credit card within 60 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges/returns on books, needles, accessories, sale yarn, or wound yarn.
When returning items please provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. When returning yarn, shipping costs to and from Shibui Knits will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Shibui Knits cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service before returning. The Customer Service Team may be reached by telephone, at 503-227-2999 Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm, PST (excluding US holidays), via email at email@example.com.
