Full and round black teas with notes of malt, clover and honeysuckle are scented with a floral Italian Bergamot oil before being finished with a whisper of juniper.

Ingredients: 2nd flush Assam, Yunnan Ting Hung, Mingqian Black, Bergamot and Juniper oil
Preparation: Hot: We recommend using one tablespoon (3 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water just off boil. Pour water directly over tea leaves and allow to steep for 5 minutes.  
Cold:  Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
