RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return unused yarn in its original condition/packaging for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date printed on your invoice. We don’t supply shipping labels for returns unless the product you received is defective in some way.

REFUNDS
You will receive a refund for the full amount minus any shipping costs incurred. If you received items that were damaged or improperly shipped, we’ll cover shipping charges.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange unused, undamaged yarns for alternate color choices but shipping costs will be applied.

We will also happily exchange flawed or damaged skeins. Please contact us at hello@shibuiknits.com prior to returning the yarn, and we’ll provide a return shipping label. In this case, shipping’s on us.

Please, allow up to 4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be received and processed.
